(New York, NY) - The Piano Guys have signed a worldwide publishing deal with Razor & Tie Music Publishing. A worldwide phenomenon, The Piano Guys, became an internet sensation by way of their immensely successful series of strikingly original self-made music videos which continue to amass millions of views. Formed in 2011, the group has gone on to appear on dozens of high profile television shows, toured the world, and have released two albums to date.

The group's just released sophomore album, The Piano Guys 2, debuted this week on the Billboard Charts with over 11,300 units sold at #1 on Classical Overall, #1 on Classical Crossover, # 1 on New Age, and #38 on the Top 200 Album Chart. Their 2012 hit debut album is also still in the top five on the Classical Overall, Classical Crossover and New Age Billboard charts, spending over 31 weeks at #1 on the New Age chart.

Ironically, The Piano Guys, who got their name from a piano store in St. George, Utah, are a quartet featuring only two musicians - only one being a pianist. Store owner Paul Anderson is the lead videographer for the group and devised the Facebook promotional pageand a YouTube channel featuring well-established, self-described "New Age Classical" pianist Jon Schmidt, who teamed up musically with Steven Sharp Nelson, an innovative cellist. Together, Schmidt and Nelson form the musical core of The Piano Guys, with Anderson - who has since closed the store. Al van der Beek, the fourth "Guy," heads up the group's studio operations, is the main producer, and also assists in co-writing and arranging, as well as percussion and vocal texturing. (New York, NY) - Razor & Tie is thrilled to announce the addition of influential post-hardcore giants Chiodos to its worldwide label roster. The band is currently well into the writing process of their forthcoming new studio album which will be released through a newly created band label imprint via Razor & Tie.

The new music sees founding members Bradley Bell, Pat Mcmanaman, Derrick Frost, and Matt Goddard reunited with charismatic founding front man, Craig Owens and also introduces fans to the band's newest member, guitarist Thomas Erak (formerly from The Fall Of Troy).

As previously announced, the band will perform on the main stage on the Van's Warped Tour (tour dates below).

Chiodos' Craig Owens comments, "We're very excited to be working with Razor & Tie. The label is one that we as a band have looked to as a source of integrity filled rock music for some time now. The band recently completed work on their forthcoming new studio album, Old Souls, which will be released on September 17th on Razor & Tie in North America and on September 16th on BMG Chrysalis in the U.K.
